Anyway,

Points for DC:

  1. I have often read that AAS are more productive during HIT vs HVT.

  2. A DC “blast” suits your cycle length nicely.

  3. Gains are amazing with DC, but take 2 weeks to really get going (as a natural anyway), so stick with it for the rest of your cycle, at least.

  4. On a similar note to the above, DC is a big investment. You rotate 6 sessions so it’s best to make the commitment and stick with it for a good while.

  5. I would suggest beginning your “cruise” on your last week of AAS. I think it would be best to still have a lot of AAS in your system to fully recovery from the blasting. This is what I’ll be doing in my upcoming 6-8 weeker anyway.

  6. Stick to the DC template exactly as Dante describes. A lot of people have tried to be smart (myself included) and fucked it up completely. Seriously, even the slightest tweak can throw everything off, on AAS or not.

Damn, that sucks bro…sorry to hear that the tren thing isn’t going that well. I am going be taking my maiden voyage with it soon and i am really hoping that i can tolerate it. if it were me i would stick with it another day or two and see if things improve but I understand pulling the plug if it’s ruining your cycle.

Something I just realized… I won’t be able to properly do DC training. That requires a training partner, and I don’t have one seeing how I work out at a university gym since it’s free for me as a student. And to say the least… the majority of the people there are the on bench and curl training (or lack thereof) program.

So… looks like I won’t be doing DC training till this summer. I’ll just continue to train instinctively-- I’m seeing great results thus far, no sense in changing it.

In other news, my body is finally getting used to the tren and I got a decent rest last night.

One thing I have noticed ever since I added the tren is that I dream a lot. And I have vivid dreams too. Just weird shit. Not sure why that is…

If you’re interested, here’s a few examples-- one night I dreamed my girl and I got married and had our reception at a famous theatre in town, but our families were celebrities (my mom was Julia Roberts and her dad was Al Pacino), the next night I dreamed I was the captain of a pirate ship and my crew was the cast of MASH which I havent watched in several years, and just last night I dreamed I was a bombardier on a WWII era bomber and we crashed in the area my grandmother used to live.

Weird shit, huh? However, I don’t really care seeing some of the gains I have made in the gym.

Last night I did not have much time so I did a sort of high intensity thing. On squats I was just going to do 2 sets a rep or two before failure with 20 seconds in between. Anyway, I got 31 reps at 380. I just couldn’t stop, it was insane. I love tren…

I did the DC for a while by myself with a partner every now and then, it CAN be done, obviously there are a few situations where you have to be very careful though.

       Anyway, great going buddy, nice squatting too.

Tonight was an absolutely marvelous workout gents.

I did bis, tris, delts, calves, and forearms. Basically all the small stuff.

I worked as heavy as possible, nearing failure on almost every set, getting between 8-15 reps. I was there for exactly an hour and four minutes and had less than 25 seconds rest in between every set or exercise.

Single best workout of my life…

Today was actually somewhat normal fellas…

Had a tough time getting to sleep last night, but got a good rest anyway. No dreams though, surprisingly enough.

Had to take the day off… power outages everywhere because of a terrible ice storm that swept through the area and my gym was closed.

Apparently all my recent eating is helping quite a bit… looking very “full.”

Sleeping was a real bitch last night and I was feeling pretty shitty today from being tired and it being a low carb day. Let’s just say I have been in better moods.

Staring tomorrow I think I am going to start doing DC, but instead of MWF, I have to do the 4 day a week routine or I’ll just mentally feel like I’m twiddling my thumbs.

Getting more and more used to the tren, but am starting to doubt I will be hitting it again in a few weeks. I might, and if I do I will run it 150mg EOD as opposed to my current 75mg ED.

Also, today was the first day I have used Adex thus far in my cycle. The right nipple was getting kind of weird and I felt bloated even today on a low carb day and after yesterday’s moderate carb day.

Thus far in this cycle I’ve trained to retain my “hard” look by cycling carbs and whatnot. However, I decided from here on out I am just going to eat nonstop and think that will go well with my DC blast that I am beginning tomorrow.

Now I just need to write up a DC routine for myself.

Do you find that works for calves? I’ll do anything to get bigger calves. My legs look like upturned bowling pins.

That and extremely high volume+high rep sets work well for me on calves.

This is my first foray into DC, but I’ve used that style training on calves before.

Didn’t train today. Fucking gym didn’t have power so I said screw it and got off campus today. Came home and will just work out at my buddy’s warehouse gym… it’s kind of scary and reminds one of a prison gym, but definitely gets the job done. For one reason or another they have DBs that go up to 300 lbs… not sure who uses them… but they get moved every now and then so there must be some strong motherfucker there.

Notes for today:
-Ate like horse, am prepared to look very round tomorrow
-used Adex again and right nipple is returning to normal
-discovered I like the after-taste of raw eggs… reminds me of Amino Fuel

MOST IMPORTANTLY

Discovered quad shots are not for me. I have been using my glutes for 10 days or so of tren and have had 3 test shots in that same time period, so they’re getting quite a bit of work. They weren’t sore or anything, but I thought the quads might not be such a bad place to stick myself… I was terribly wrong and won’t be making that mistake again any time soon…

I am curious as to why the quad shots didn’t work, as I’ve always found them to be one of the easier sites to pin. What gauge and length did you use?

I tried the glute only approach with prop for a while, but my ass swole up like J-lo’s, wasn’t pretty. Haven’t hit them since.

Some people don’t seem to take quad shots well. I’m happy I’m not one of those people, but if you read the different AAS boards, it seems to me that about 50% of people will pull off quad shots without a hitch, and the other 50% will experience massive pain during and after.

I used a 25 gauge 1.5 inch pin but there is no way I stuck it more than an inch in, more .75in. It was .75ml of tren ace. Like Cortes said, some people just don’t react well to quad shots.

I thought I was one of those people, but recently my quads shots have been almost painless (with prop). So there’s hope for you yet, is what I’m trying to say.

0.75" sounds quite shallow to me, even though you’re lean. I found shallow shots always hurt a LOT.

Well I just did my tren in the best place for it-- right glute. No pain,no muss, no fuss.

I’m tired as hell from last night’s insomnia. I’m wondering if I accidentally took too big a dose yesterday or something because last night was out of control.
