Hesitation : Built Like a Badass or W4SB

Hello everyone ,
I am hesitating between this two programs ! I have boths and i can’t really decide… Opinions are going for the W4SB3 , can you help me because i am not experienced… I will make my decision in few hours .

You really like getting all of the answers from someone else, don’t you? Considering this, Built Like a Badass might be better for you. Again, it’s not like it really matters.

Excuse me Night , but you didn’t give me an explication for it , but as i can see , you are better than me , so i will start today Day 1! It seems easier because there are 12 weeks with different exercises !

What are your goals?

Built Like a Badass is simpler because the weights on the main lifts are laid out for you with a percentage. With WS4SB III your need to know of the get appropriate volume on the ME work.

I’m not better than you, I just gave you an answer - the programs are VERY similar. You could say that Built Like a Badass is a version of WSFSB. So it really doesn’t matter. The only reason I suggested BLaB above is because you WANTED a clear answer and because it’s not as open as WSFSB so there is less decision making involved.

My goals are simple : Losing weight , getting stronger and athletic . By athletic , i mean in resistance and speed , so i am planning to add 2 conditioning/speed training , because i have never been really athletic as i wished . I will go for the Built like a badass in two hours :slight_smile: !

Well , i have done the first day ! I really liked everything especially the two supersets !! ( First one was hard)
3a. Seated Overhand Grip Cable Rows: 4x15
3b. Cable Triceps Pushdowns (straight bar): 4x15
4a. DB Shrugs (2 Sec Holds): 3x15
4b. DB Lateral Raises: 3x15
Then , i had 2 coaches and my experienced team mate to check my barbell complex ( (deadlifts, bent rows, hang cleans, push press, back squat): 2 sets. Perform 10 reps of each exercise. Rest 90 sec. b/t sets ) and my back position for all the mouvements! And it went pretty well : The first set was kind of fine ( hard to finish but i did it ) , second set , i only did 8 reps on the hang cleans because of my forehands which literally burned ahhahahah!

I feel good ,I respected a good diet with some good proteins from different foods : I did a natural protein shaker at home with approximately 35 gr protein , 1 hour before training because i was hungry and i didn’t regret!
I won’t start conditioning tomorrow : Playa is calling. Waiting for Day 2 and for conditioning : One question : Should i do both in the same day? I have time

Please , how can we change 45 Degree Back Raises , because we don’t have it at our gym ! It is on my second day

Do normal back extensions, swiss ball leg curls, barbell hip thrusts or Romanian deadlifts instead of the 45° extensions.

Do your conditioning whenever it fits your schedule. It doesn’t really matter.

I can see that this exercices are suggested in the W4SB3 , so i can deal with it ! Thank you nighthawk!
