Hello everybody!
I am a 17 years old guy , 89 Kg / 195.8 lbs , 186 cms/ 6feet 1 inche ! My fat percentage goes around 25% , yeah i know that’s bad.
I was really fat before , when i was twelve , i made some major loses because of a lot of tennis and cardio . I stopped tennis for Thai boxing , it went pretty well , but i wanted to get more strength. I am very technical but the problem is that i need more power to do strength exercices using body weight , like the others people…
So i started bodybuilding 3 months ago. I was 92 KG , and i lost 3 KGS ( Excuse me for it , but i am moroccan and we don’t use pounds) , i am doing a split program with 4 times a week , 2 times cardio ( Basketball / running). I started to eat clean , to satisfy my protein and calorific needs. I wanted to change my program for the Joe Defranco programs.
I want to lose weight , to get stronger , but the name of the program seems to be for skinny people… “skinny bastards”. Should i do the Westside for skinny bastards program or the Build like a badass program? I prefer a 3 times a week program specially with the school in September… But i would like to be faster and to develop my running… The build like a badass seems to be insufficient in terms of leg working , in comparaison of W4SB3.
I would like to work my stamina and speed two times a week which can help me in Thai boxing but also in my school sports ( i need a good mark) .
I need your help … W4SB3 or built like a badass? Any schedule with the 2 times stamina/speed workout.
