So, apparently Mr. Petrelli is the mastermind behind it all. And apparently he can make Matt Parkman’s dad shit his pants even though he’s lying in a bed attached to a bunch of machines.
I wonder if Peter will ever be able to control his new found power. I’m sure if Sylar can, Peter can somehow learn as well.
Oh, and where the hell did Kristen Bell go? Damnit.
Great episode!
I wonder what Mr. Petrelli’s power is?
Who knew Hiro would be capable of that!
I think it’s funny now that The Wire is over, some of the cast members are making their way onto Heroes.
I think this was one of the better episodes. It seemed a little more focused and not so “jumpy” while still touching on each character.
I’m really liking what’s going on with Sylar. I hope they don’t screw it up. Hell, I just like how there are almost no defined good or bad guys right now – just like real life everyone’s a little morally ambiguous.
I do get tired of the time-jumping, though. I hate having to sit and think how each action affected these possible futures. I’m glad there was none this episode.
I mentioned this to my wife and she agrees, most of the people in this episode went completely insane i.e. acting in a manner completely inconsistent withhow they have acted before.
Hiro - WTF??? I know everyone thinks he probably went back in time or something but my first thought was no wonder Ando kills him in the future. He’s all immature and shit and now he’s mister “sacrifices must be made???”
Mrs. Petrelli - Completely out of character for her to beg Nathan to stay. Perhaps it was the shock of Peter almost slicing her head off.
Mohinder - I do NOT like what they are doing with Mohinder right now. I don’t like how they completely changed his personality.
Nathan + Tracy - I actually called the Parkman’s dad impersonating Linderman thing in the beginning of the episode! I was talking to my wife on what could be done to make Nathan think Linderman was there. At the end Voila! So it looks like him and Tracy become test subjects for Mohinder next episode or so.
Peter - Badass!
Sylar - Awesome character development so far, I hope they keep this up.
HRG - He was almost hysterical from the way he sounded in this episode, what the hell. I realize they don’t know every power that Sylar absorbed but come on. Super hearing…
Claire - I was hoping she died but no such luck.
Mr. Petrelli - It looks like he has his own company and has assembled his crew villains. It looks like his body is on life support but his mind is active? It seems like he has some type of telepathy/power of suggestion/dream walking ability?

I share exactly the same sentiments & thoughts as you about this episode. Line for line.
So, I must say : X2
Especially Hiro, in the first season he was unable to even bring himself to kill Sylar. Now he goes and kills his best friend without blinking an eye!? WTF is up with that.
I don’t like how Mohinder is being developed either. He’s just freaking nasty now. What the hell is that gooey crap? Where does it come from? Pretty weird.
I guess it’s their way of saying how power can corrupt, sort of like how Sylar was all messed up.
Mohinder is the narrator of each episode so he is a key to something…
His actions remind me of the fly movie with Goldblum. A scientist trying to figure out what his powers are…
Save the cheerleader, Peter is now trying to save the morality of the cheer leader.
I think Hiro did not kill Ando, wasn’t there training he took that would look like he did a fatal blow or something, ninja like, don’t know however Ando may be part of the Petrelli team in the background. He may be given the formula and which he vows revenge against Hiro leading to his future death. My son pointed out that when Ando fired on Hiro in the future he say the Haitian in the background.
I never believed Leiderman existed, good call on Parkman’s Dad, I forgot about him.
I had suspicions since he couldn’t “pick up” the files that the speedster wanted to return to him, someone had to place the files there.
How did Peter get the scar since he can heal? That alsways bothered me.
Claire’s bio-mom and that guy… whoa.
It seems all the good guys are now villains… interesting turn.

That part was CREEPY.
Yeah, I was definitely waiting for Sylar to be like: yo, remember first season? I can hear you, asshole

A web comic about the puppet guy. Sheesh.

If they had broken the fourth wall like that, I would have fallen over laughing and made this my all time favorite show…but they didn’t.
I thought at the end of the first season he lost his powers? He then regained the ability to see what ticks and then went on a hunt for others with the list he had…

I really enjoy those comics. They flesh out the story and minor characters.
No one liked the last episode?
I thought Hiro chasing after that African Issac guy was hilarious. It was like Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd.
Peter = FUCKING IDIOT He is another one of those characters that only gets stupider as he goes along. Blaming Sylar for giving him the hunger and then knocking Sylar out and putting him in a coma-like state. WTF!!! Then he gets his ass handed to him by his dad(who by the way in 2 seconds destroyed the major bad guy from last season).
I enjoyed the last episode. Also thought it was pretty funny how the African dude knocked out Hiro twice. Also knew that Ando couldn’t have just died like that.
Man, I wonder if Peter is going to get his powers back. He seems to be getting more irrational in each episode. His dad seems pretty bad ass though.
Is good. Adam dead and Peter nerfed.
The writers are taking my wishlist demands seriously.
I thought the last epiosde was good…I realized something had to be up with Hiro and Ando…Peter is going a bit crazy too but i guess thats part of the storyline…Mr.Petreli seems bad ass, curious what he did to Mrs.Petreli, how Peter’s gong to get his powers back, and it seems like he got his own team there how and if they’ll face off aganist others?
I am happy with the way the show is going. I was just mad because peter finally started to man up and knock people out. Then he gets his powers stolen. I liked the future Peter better.
I don’t know. Peter’s turning very inconsistent. It’s like the writers forgot how he acted each previous episode.
Other than that, I liked the episode. As simple and childish as it was, I enjoyed Hiro getting hit with the shovel, twice.
I’m not a big fan of Claire or her two moms, but I even liked the russian roulette scene.
I guess I’m in the minority, but I actually liked Adam Monroe.
