HEROES The Series! (*Spoilers*)

Anyone else watch this?

Okay, make fun of me all you want for not watching Monday Night Football, but I really liked this show.

Looks like they could take it far, with a good story line.

Thoughts?

I was gonna watch that, but I forgot! I’m tryin’ to figure out where the Hell my wife is. It looks pretty good. If they show it again I will catch it. Which heroes/powers did it show?

Check it out here.

It has a link to watch the complete first episode, but it’s not ready yet (just says coming soon when you click on it now).

I caught it 20 minutes into it (it was an hour), so I’m going to check that link and watch the first part when it comes up.

My wife saw it all though and filled me in.

I don’t want to give away too much for those who didn’t see it yet.

There were a couple neat twists in it.

Damn older brothers get to have all the fun.
It was pretty cool, i’d have to say my favorite charactor is the japanese guy, whos super power seems to be making the “sour lemon” face. classic

Yea, he was great. Definitely the funniest character.

I liked it alot. I was going back and forth between the game and the show.

They said there will be an encore showing tomorrow night also. I think the show is going to be great.

I recorded it and will probably watch it tonight.

I’ve heard good things.

OK, but lets talk about the most important character: the hottest character. That girl who face planted off the old fashioned water tower (??) was HOTT.

Yea, the cheerleader was hot, but I’m not sure if she’s old enough for me to openly admit that…

I didn’t like seeing her hand get mangled though.

Just got done wacthing it, thats great, cant wait to see the next episode, the ending leaves you in suspense. Thanks for the link SWR.

I think this has the makings of a fantastic show along the lines of Smallville. More TV based on story lines is always refreshing over the reality based crap. Peace!

There is supposed to be an encore showing tonight for those that missed it. I don’t know what time (sorry), but I remember at the end last night they said they would play it again.

This was a good show it reminded me of Supreme Power with the people discovering their power’s one by one.

If there’s grass on the field…

Her adoptive mother character cannot be killed off fast enough IMO.

That is definitely the truth.

Yes, Supreme Power is on my list of things to read. I like Stracynski’s tales. This show actually reminds me of Stracynski’s other comic series, Rising Stars. Specifically the blonde chick story.

That show sucked me in like no other show EVER.

I’m good for about an hour or less per day of TV. Even then, it’s news and/or History Channel/Discovery/TLC.

THIS I will watch like my wife watches Desperate Housewives. I gotta think though that there are a few life-lessons to be learned here.

Anyone see how the Indian (from India) teacher made the remark about God and cockroaches to his students? He felt that cockroaches were “closer to God” due to thier higher-than-human evolutionary level.

He then is seen stomping a cockroach under his shoe (with anger). There are a bunch of little twists in there if you look for them.

Premiere was good! I like the concept, it wasnt cheesy either.

She has that bloated/pudgy face “ive never worked out” look. None of the girls look like that in track, except a few throwers that dont run-and some of them even look better than the pudgy girls because they (at least) lift. All in all, pudgies are pretty but average at the same time.

i missed it earlier but just watched it on the website. I think it looks cool…

and that girl cant be more than 18. She was the girl in Remember the Titans and some other stuff… she is looking pretty good and if she is 18 she is legal…
