Rofl, I drank down about 50g on my first day. I just pissed most of it out. Nothing harmful.

Hey, I’m just telling you what I read up/heard here. But my aunt is the head nurse in her department of the hospital (Has the education of a doctor, but when she was growing up it was improper for female doctors). When I asked her about creatine supplements she suggested not taking them until I was at least 18.
I’ve been reading around online and it seems that while it seems true that there is few negative side effects associated with creatine there is a lack of research done on the effects of it on people under the age of 18.
–Also, I haven’t been using any and Ive seen some great gains. I’m not sure if we need it at our age.
Feel free to correct me on the above paragraph people, as I still am not sure if it is safe to take creatine under 18 so far. Isn’t fish oil a blood thinner on a side note?
Creatine is just fine for anyone under 18 so long as they’re properly hydrated and don’t overdo it.
Hey, I was wondering if you guys could link me some articles proving this in a convincing way. The one’s I have shown my parents did not persuade them enough to let me use it.[/quote]
Then don’t use it for now. While creatine isn’t harmful, it’s not a necessity, either.
