Hey all. As somebody who is returning from a vacation from the iron, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to jump into a program like GVT 2000 or start off with Ian King’s 12 weeks to Super Strength. I personally would prefer the King program, but I am only going to have the bare-bones minimum as far as equipment goes: Bar, plates, dumbells and bench. And the King program has several exercises that require machines. What do you guys suggest?
