Help With My Nutrition

Just some info first.
Height: 6’
Weight: ~180
BF%: 12.5%
Goals (by late Spring/early Summer, 8 motnhs): Weigh around 190-195 with near single digits BF% (10-9%), work on weaknesses, symmetry.
Supplements (that I intend to use): Whey protein, multi-vitamin, ZMA, fish-Oil, l-glutamine and creatine monohydrate.

I already got some good information from the articles and a few other threads I had going in the other sections, but I haven’t hat any crit on my actual diet.

This is what I’ve come up with, does it look alright for what my goals are?

I’m trying to keep it healthy and clean, but still over maintenance. Am I getting too many calories? My BMR is 1963.0.

I haven’t found any of those calculators reliable for me. If you’re gaining more weight than you want to, you’re getting too many calories :slight_smile:

Well, would gaining 6 lbs. over 2 months of just starting back up be to much weight? I used the AccuMeasure calipers this morning and they put me at around 10.5-11% Only thing is I don’t really feel like it’s right. I mean, I’m lean but I’ve sort of developed a concentration of BF on my lower abs and thighs.

Nutritionally is that OK? (macro wise?) for someone trying to slowly bulk up without putting on TOO much fat?
