Hi all firstly thanks to everyone i’ve learnt a hell of alot due to this site and it’s members.
Ok i’m 26, 171Lb, with the on set of love handles and a gut worse still i think my gut is mostly visceral fat (as it’s hard and not jiggly) so i’m determined to get into shape and health.
I believe what i was doing previously in the gym was … something but not productive and its now time to loose the machines and start doing the work myself.
My goals are to get big, get strong and look good nekkid with the obvious health benefits that go along with those.
I’ve changed my diet to a some what low-er carb diet. Currently taking in around 100-150gr of carbs and about 2000cals a day spread across 4-5 meals.
My question to everyone is: Is there somewhere i can look up to see an explanation of the different exercises and correct form for those exercises?
