Help with Belt Selection?

well supposing you measured your waist as the good gentleman above has said and it measures 36", then the L size would suit you just nice.

I don’t mean to get away from the main topic, but anyone see a problem with picking up a 2.5" bench belt for use on pulls and sqauts? I have a very very old and odd belt at 3" all around and its about to fall apart, I have a short torso, and although the 3" fits fine, Im worried the 4" may be to much. Thanks
