I have used Alex. Great guy and very affordable. Changed my entire view on nutrition, supplementation and dedication.

impossible to answer with that level of body fat…

id recommend hiring a prep coach and doing a nice, long, slow cut.

I think that everyone should be contest lean at least once in their lives…

you will be amazed at how much everything changes.
This is so much on point. The power of great coaching in this endeavour cannot be overstated.

walkaway, can you recommend any good coaches that won’t break the bank, i know you work with John Meadows if i’m not mistaken and i’d love to do that as well, just a little pricy at the moment

I worked with Shelby, he was fantastic.

but let’s see…

Shelby
Meadows
Phil Hernon
Matt Porter

and many many others who I can’t really be bothered to name right now lol…

if they are too expensive, there’s always dnp lol
Shelby and John would be my first choice. But they do break the bank

Matt Porter is very smart. Scott Stevenson as well

hmmm i’ll have to look into hernon, porter and alex. thanks for the suggestions dudes

Zraw is an excellent coach with very affordable costs
