Help With a HIT Routine

Hi there, I am only able to lift weights once a week so I want to go with HIT, currently my week looks like this

Sunday - Wrestling
Monday - Wrestling
Tuesday - Weight Training
Wednesday - Kickboxing
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Kickboxing
Saturday - Rest

I use to lift weights on a thursday and a saturday but soon realized that I was just wearing myself down, does anyone have any good routines for me?

have you picked up Dr. Darden’s book “the new HIT”
there are some good routines in there for full body and specialization
