Help With 2 a Days

Well i just got back from Duke and am getting back into my diet and training. Well the program we are doing in football really screws with me since its a Monday/Thursday workout. However these workouts arent mandatory (i do have to run miles for them, but those aint nothing.) the things we do in two a days is are conditioning mainly, i.e. 110s and 40s. I am in pretty good shpae on my 100s now as far as endurance and my 40s i can last forever, im just really slow. Well I want to do a four day westside split until practice starts, and run every day to get used to it. I need opinions from the T-Nation on wat to do. I am thinking of a traditional westside with

Monday/Tuesday ME Upper/Lower
Thur/Friday DE Upper/Lower

Where should i include the running here, and should i replace dynamic effort with max reps, or to get my body used to doing things over and over by using all rep days in the 8-10 range.

I am going to work agility every day to, as warming up and cooling down and in between. I basically am looking for two weeks of hell w/ a week of rest to shock my body into it. I am going to do a massive eating style diet, though i am not to concerned the the P+C and P+F except in postworkout nutrition. I am going to try my best to get 180 grams of protein a day and as much clean carbs as i can fit in me. I am going to be om Omega 3 fatty acids and creatine, along with my multi vitamin, and various other medication. I am going to get all of my fat from the meat sources and the omegas. My protein will be beef, tuna, and chicken. My stats are currently

5foot 4
130 pounds
Bench: 155
Power Clean: 155
Squat:250
Deadlift: 215

if you need any more informatoin just tell me. thanks a lot
