This is just a request for any T-Brothers “in the know” when it comes to the AD, low-carb diets, carb cycling, nutrition, physiology, etc. to please pay a visit to the Muscle Sorority if you get a chance and offer some advice in this thread:

Many of us girls have jumped into the AD and have enjoyed success on it at first, but are now finding reasons to either want or need to tweak it.
