Help - I am always Hungry

Being that you all work out very hard and burn a ton of calories, what do you guys eat to help you minimize your calories (so you can get shreadded) and yet never feel hungry. I am trying to get ripped and am ALWAYS hungry…what foods can I eat to help me out an dhow can I help myself feel full?

Satiating foods are your best bet, Oatmeal is good for staying full, nuts and peanut butter work well, but are calorically dense so the trade off is notice-able. there is allways hunger when you are getting shredded, it sucks, but it is a necessary thing. I wish there was a simple solution.

This might sound stupid - and doing it excessively definately is - but when I’m dieting I find swallowing a lump of toothpaste usually ruins my appetite for an hour or two. Alternatively you can try eating some fibre.

When I diet my primary carb source is ‘Old Fashioned Oatmeal’, which is VERY filling. If you’re doing a Keto diet the oatmeal isn’t an option. However, MD6 is very good at killing your appetite, I sometimes forget to eat.

I think that this has been said a thousand times in the articles on this website: a calorie is a calorie is NOT a calorie, meaning that its not the number of calories you ingest, rather, it is where those calories are coming from that will affect your metabolism. Suggestion: read the T-Dawg diet articles on this website. Also, if you are always hungry isn’t that a sign that your body (your muscles?) needs something…?

  1. Ephedrine, 3x25 mg 2. Glucophage/Metformin, if the food doesn’t make you feel sick when you are taking it, you are really something. 3. Drink a river-worth of water every day 4. The power of will. I just bought a box of my favourite biscuits, opened it up and put it on the table. No way I am going to put it in my mouth. Just looking at it, training my will. Dieting since mid-June, one cheat meal since.

Oh, yes, amphetamines and MDMA, but I guess that is out of the question.

Drink a lot of ice cold water, brush your teeth a lot, eat a lot of protein, and eat a lot of green fibrous carbs such as big salads and broccoli. You could also use the fat burners as well but that’s really not natural.

lentils my man,lentils are the key to everything.
just eat lentils, pumpkin, and other worthless food (calorie wise).
i have just discovered lentils and while im single handedly destroying the ozone layer with my farts…at least they stink hahahahahaha.

coke too… but serriously, read Cy’s article on increasing appetite again and do EXCATLY the opposite (not sure what diet exactly you are on, but like people have suggested and in anti-thesis of the article) eat fats, low gi carbs, whole food proteins, and so on. Also i have found md6/ adipo to be effective a suppressing the ole appetite.
