I love to weight train and I want to get huge, but I have the worst appetite. I try to force feed myself but I just can’t be consistent with it.
I know that there are appetite suppressants, are there things you can do to increase your appetite.

I found eating as fast as possible and using water to force feed myself works pretty well. I’ve read a lot that early morning cardio stimulates the appetite as well - not that I’ve ever done morning cardio!

I believe in it, but some people(not saying you) can’t get their heads wrapped around doing cardio to help gain weight.
The best thing I ever did was get a “FUCK THIS” attitude and force feed myself till I got to the point my metabolism caught up with the eating. Now I have to eat every 2.5 or so hours or my body reminds pretty strongly that it’s time to feed the machine.

Add in things to aid in digestion like ginger and other supplements and you’ll be packing away the food.
eat fast
Eating fast does work sometimes, because your body doesn’t register the food as fast as you’re eating it.
I’ve also heard that if you keep over eating, your stomach will stretch and it would take longer to get full.
Is that basically it?

ya, you have like a 20 minute window where your body doesn’t send signals that you’re full, so you can get away with eating lots and not feeling bloated, afterwards however you will feel stuffed, but that’s what you need.
For some reason eating Activia made me and my girlfriend really hungry. I’m curious to see if anyone else has seen this effect.
I find that i can eat almost anything, any serving size with the right dressing/choice of spice(s). Change it up when one gets boring.
Eating fast works but it might upset your stomach later. at least that’s what happens with me.
eating calorically dense food might be a good idea. Nuts are good. A good protein shake and some cashews/walnuts/hazelnuts will provide 1000 calories easily for almost anyone.
if you’re constantly losing weight then I think fast food could be an option… but i don’t think you are.
If you’re really having trouble meeting your caloric needs (like 500 to 1000 off your daily needs like I was) try drinking soda. It’s liquid shit but it’ll help you make caloric ends meet.
Man, I envy you people.
I can easily cram 6000 calories a day and still be hungry after.
Sometimes I think I have a worm in my body.
Drink some water (or a protein shake) before bed. When you wake up to pee later, drink another shake or eat some cottage cheese. It is an easy way to get in another meal.
when i started a few months to try and gain weight, I was taking in almost 3500 calories, and I was feeling stuffed all the time.
Now I can handle about 4500 calories and feel not quite as full.
Also, eat stuff that is calorie dense (nuts, natty PB, etc) easy way to cram down some calories.
heck Berardi has some cookie and shake recipes (one med cookie is 585 calories alone).
check out Gourmet Nutrition it will be well worth the $40
