Help for Daughter's 19-Yr Old Boyfriend, First Cycle Before Jail

If you start him on Test now, he may go in looking a little jacked, but he’ll just crash and have very low T once locked up - which is the last place he’ll want to have that problem.

Forget how he looks, he’d much rather be normal size with a healthy flow of Testosterone than look big and have low T and estrogen issues in cage…he’ll be emotional, unconfident and in general soft, which ends up getting you victimized somehow - the hard core criminals , or those used to jail, can smell it on you.

If he’s in fighting shape (training MMA every day?) then he should be able to handle himself in most 1 on 1 non armed situations. Him getting into a fight has a good chance of happening, but the good news is once he really beats someone’s ass (assuming his daily lessons have paid off) that sends a message and most others won’t really go out of their way to bother him.

I don’t know much about Mexican prison or jail, but you could see if there’s a chance to send him “medicine” in his canteen? If you can do that, just sneak him some dbol in a vitamin bottle or something - I know Mexican prison is way different than US and they allow people’s wives and kids to come hang out and even work there - but this kid is going to jail not prison so who knows. For sure if you aren’t 100% sure that is possible, taking this route might get him caught and have to serve more time.

If where he’s going is anything like American jails/prisons I’d say do some research and either make or procure “Paperstrol” or “Paperbol” Winny or Dbol dissolved in a solution, pasted onto or soaked into a card stock type paper, then write him a nice friendly letter on that card stock and mail it to him…he can then cut little 1/2 to 1 cm squares of the card stock and eat them and there you have a couple months supply to keep him strong and aggressive inside. Depending on what you give him, be ready with HCG and other PCT’s when he gets out.

Thank you Zeek. I’ll look into it.

I’m still trying to understand your approach of “insult and disparage while simultaneously asking for advice.” Seems like a really weird thing to do.

In any case, at his height and weight, fat loss isn’t what he needs. He needs muscle. His chef-trainer-nutritionist-masseuse-sensei team should’ve known that and should be able to get him there

We went over this before. You missed my point entirely.

Yep, I am. And while that’s not necessarily the best I can do, the phrase was exactly appropriate for the situation.

Awful big reach you’re making there. But, we all get it. You have disposable income with money to burn. Cool beans. (Another colloquialism! Gasp!)

Doesn’t change the fact that you’re throwing the kitchen sink at this kid with the sole purpose of making sure he gets through his prison stint in one piece. In the last few weeks, how much progress has he made?

I’ve had good results with ALCAR as a mild (but meaningful) boost in energy before lifting or doing cardio. Taking that with a small amount of caffeine before a workout has helped add some intensity.

If you’re Hellbent on going the illegal route—which has a certain irony to it—he could shred a lot of fat with albuterol. But that’s not magic. He’d need the right dose, the right time, and the right diet and training with it. And no, the insane 24mg+/d guidelines that are out there are not at all necessary. They’re borderline dangerous for some guys.

Guys, this is my first post online, ever. I have no social media and no internet presence other than here. So trust me, I am here because a friend of mine truly believes in this site and I trust him. Maybe I’m not articulating myself and using the right lexicon here but I can take advice when it’s given. Maybe it’s just a little hard when it comes at me in a know it all, snarky way. I’ll look over the posts replies and make sure I’m not overacting because I have to be honest all it seems like I’m hearing other than comments on the legal aspect and comments on why train MMA is that there is absolutely nothing that the kid can take to help him train when it comes to supplements. Other than Zeeks comments. If I was a dumb ass I would have just went down the street to the pharmacy and bought him a cycle of fear I’m personally familiar with and then start him up, but I know better. I won’t settle for, “There is nothing that exists that would benefit him while he trains”. I was wrong to use the word cycle. If I got recommendations that a cycle shouldn’t even be considered but an OTC fat burner and 3IUs a day of HGH was about all anyone could legitimately recommend then at least that’s something.

On the HGH topic, anyone out there with experience in regards to this? Why wouldn’t he be able to go on a low dose of HGH and continue with his training program.

He’s making great progress. About as good as it gets according to the coaches and PTs. Injury free and making solid gains consistent with the program goals.

You’re right Chris. I can’t be an asshole and just take the good and then get pissed off at what I think is nonsense. My attitude is in check.

You’re problem is time…you don’t have the time for him to run gear properly to reap any meaniful benefits that won’t come with a host of potential sides that will do more harm than good for the kid. What you’re doing now is appropriate (addressing weight, nutrition, and training) and should have long term positive effects on him. Introducing him to people with first hand knowledge of the culture he’s about to enter (as @zeek1414 suggested) makes even more sense than the training in the short term…you’ve got all the bases covered considering the hand you’ve been dealt. Throwing drugs at the kid other than fat burners (ECA stack, clen, or albuterol) carries a poor cost/benefit ratio…this is the sum of advice you’ve been given and it’s sound. If you choose to add fat burners I would make sure to clear this with the nutritional team as I’m sure they would want to know everything that goes into his body so they can adjust their treatment/ training accordingly.
If you come back here after the kid is out with the same question where we’re free from the time constraints I bet the answer you get will be completely different. We’re obviously not adverse to AAS use but most of us are smart enough to realize that AAS is not the answer to every problem.

I looked back over the comments. All good stuff. Thanks guys. If you guys want I’ll post his stats before and after the training program and specifics on his nutrition and and training plan and whether we decided to incorporate any of the fat burners and specifics. Sounds like what he’s doing is about as good as it gets.

Chris, I just realized after looking over the your comments I probably just got frustrated at your original replies where you made it a point to call out what makes you laugh about the situation and it probably turned me off instantly because this situation is not laughable from my perspective. Not one element of it. You probably just reply to posts non stop and think that there is nothing wrong with some of your speak. That’s my issue.

Thanks for all the help and if something pops in anyone’s mind feel free to let me me know. Thanks again.

Just to be clear, I quoted the specific parts that struck me as funny - you feeling the need to point out that he doesn’t mind people seeing him cry and you dropping a large amount of money to send a skinny-fat “band and theater nerd” to a pro fight center.

A teen going to jail isn’t funny on its own merit, of course. I believe certain parts of your description and reaction to the situation was funny.

I post a handful of times per week and don’t post willy-nilly. Looking objectively, I don’t see anything out of the ordinary with how I spoke. My first post had a comment, a bit of skepticism, a question, some advice, and another comment.

I think it’s more likely that you’re not used to communicating on a forum, especially since we’ve established that you weren’t getting the answers you were expecting. All in all, I’m glad he seems to be on track so far. It’ll be interesting to see where this ends up in three months.

Hey xj95000, if you havent already, consider hiring a “new prisoner consultant”. While I personally do not have any experience with this sort of thing I’d think someone like that would be helpful. I just googled what I have in quotes up there and several popped up. Check references, etc, there may be a lot charlatans. Probably half of their advice will be different versions of “mind your own business”, but picking up as much knowledge as possible before heading in seems prudent; you never know what might be really useful.

I would second the krav classes but if you’ve committed to the mma i’d just keep with that.

Good luck.

Wow that training regime sounds nuts, surely he must be getting in pretty good shape by now?

Why worry about fatloss? surely the no 1 goal is to not come across as scrawny

Anyway, if want ‘money no option’ stack follow this supp plan…

well…lol

I was 5’5" 135 at 19 when I went to prison for 3 years…I never had any problems, but Im a different type of personality

the gear aint gonna matter…your daughters about to find out if hes really into girls or not

LOL…….no but really he aint gonna die in there its jail

Read my comment bro- I def gave you an idea (which I have seen first hand actually work) a la Paperbol/Paperstrol. You can get that to him while he’s in…if you can secure that, then sure start him on something now and keep him going while he’s in.

He has the basics of MMA right? People don’t understand that having these basics isn’t about becoming GSP overnight - but someone with even a few months of training will at least know how to throw a proper punch, know how to move and understand distance and use of space - and it should come as no surprise that most “tough guys” in bars, county jail etc do not understand those things.

I haven’t read all the comments as some of them seem long and argumentative, but as you prob know, just tell him to stay to himself - he is inside for only a few months it sounds, but at any rate tell him to work in the library, help inmates with legal papers or volunteer to teach a course - he sounds like a smart kid, so this will get him clout as such and people will want to be his friend.

Pretty sure the kid is in the US. He said he has a condo in Mexico so he can but stuff. Us jails and prison know all about sending cards laced with chemicals. The kid will just end up multiplying his stay and the O.P will end up in the next cell

yeah you are correct, last thing the kid needs is a small run being turned into something longer for being reckless.

About the cards, the staff at jails and prisons do know about narcotics being liquefied and then pasted on cards, it but not sure they test for anabolics (they probably do)

On that note, in most state prisons, guys still get whatever they want - often times supplied by a guard. The guards get a good % of the dope in for the inmates.

Yeah the guards bring stuff in constantly but as far as mail goes you get photocopied mail in a lot of places and the others ones have strict rules about no home made cards and stuff. Most likely occasional swabs or some kind of testing.

Does this scream troll to anyone?

Ya know, I thought about that, but then I started reading down the thread and figured there’s no way someone would take that much time to create a troll thread of this size.

You underestimate the power of some of us trolls on these boards. Most of the trolling is saved for 16-19 yr old kids that think they know it all and want to run cycles because they have so much life experience.

Hold the phone here… this kid is going to JAIL right? (not to be confused with PRISON, which is completely different)…

Jail in almost any county in the US is pretty darn safe unless you are a complete dumb ass, or someone with mental problems who doesn’t understand boundaries. Most of the serious criminals are waiting to be sentenced, so outside of some isolated instances will be on good behavior. When they do fight, its gang related and is norteno vs sureno, or one local gang vs another local gang. “normal” people who find themselves there might get mildly fucked with, or taken advantage of (they will “borrow” commissary and not pay you back, etc). EVERYBODY want to get the “good time” credit and get out early, so fighting is rare. Rape, beatings, extortion in a jail in Socal is almost completely non-existent. This is coming from someone who spent plenty on time in jails in this area.

The previous advise that was given was good:

  1. no gambling or borrowing - period
  2. mind your own business, affiliate only with your own race
  3. if you must do business, only do so with your own race (trading food, borrowing, etc)
  4. strictly respect the personal space and boundaries of others, for example if you are joking around with someone, don’t assume that you can sit on their bunk because they are friendly
  5. Avoid pointing, using profanity directed at someone, calling someone a bitch, etc even if joking
  6. Your best chance at NOT getting fucked with is to go in with NO MONEY ON YOUR BOOKS. Then you can tell people you are broke and nobody on the outside loves you.
  7. Stand your ground if someone want to take something from you (this is almost always a test of boundaries)

I saw SOOOOOO many teenagers, soft old men, businessmen, etc come through without issues. He will be fine, and likely learn a lot from the experience, I sure did!
