HeavyThrower Making You Leaner and Bigger

And yes if you dropped 22lbs in less than 4weeks thats… not normal… how much food did you take out at that time…

I would resist the urge to perform extra sessions for the time being. Workouts are very demanding and we are at an energy deficit as it is, so we want to avoid burning you out and want to eliminate anything extraneous so that we dont have to account for any static whrn it comes time to make adjustments. Im assuming a mass phase will eventually follow and the training will keep you plenty interested at that point, but right now, we need to remain somewhat conservative in our approach.

Dayum!

I knew you were one big motherfucker, HT, but your wheels are really impressive. Wow.

wow, a compliment from the Dark One herself, thanks! also thanks for dropping by and visiting my thread. please do so again.

i am very fascinated by how i never have thought my legs were much to look at all, in fact, i have usually thought that besides my man-boobs, they (legs) were my weakest area, to the point i have been self conscious about it.

truly, how we perceive ourselves can be very different from how others see us.

thank again, means a lot coming from you.

i thought of this workout as a replacement/instead-of rather than an extra workout, but nevertheless, point taken and i will stick with the plan you made for me, sometimes it is best to just let go of the reins, and let yourself be coached.

curious strong, how detailed do you want me get when posting the workouts?

It would really help me a lot if you could just post one weekly update on the same day of the week every week

I will not make changes based on a 2-3days weight difference as you are in no way gaining 7lbs of fat in less than a week anyways[/quote]

ok i will post my weight every Tuesday and Saturday, and pics every Saturday, hows that sound?

i will work on getting the pic as close to original as possible.

oh, and in my own defense, i was not implying that i gained 7lbs of fat at all, i just was stating facts as to what the scale said, could be water retention, etc.

well, good question, and i agree, that was very extreme and not healthy.

i had just got stuck at 225-230( i was in the low 240’s when i decided to start leaning up) and getting depressed about it, ’

so i grabbed my balls and decided to basically starve myself, eating one small meal a day and nibbling at nuts and fruits occasionally, some days i only had 1-2 shakes, thats it!

i just channeled my days as a young man when i would do drastic weight cuts for meets, it was not unusual for me to cut 20-30lbs in just a 2-4 weeks to make weight,

granted i would NOT do this drastic of a weight cut if i did not have the option of a 24-48 hour weigh in, lol

What it would like is for you to post your weights once per week but that you take your weight every day

So sunday you give me the weights for monday to sunday (please write the day of the week and the date)

Also, can you actually tell me what you were actually.eating and aprox how.much both in the last three weeks and before you decided.to lean down

Also, when are you using your hgh

The workouts are meant to work synergistically with each other, so it’s best if we stay within the confines of the system I’ve posted for you for now.

Letting go, trusting your coach, and focusing on just doing is actually a really great feeling once you get used to it. You will find that you enjoy the process much more once you are able to do that.

As far as posting workouts, I am less concerned about weights with the giant sets as these are time periods where you will be “contracting muscles against resistance” rather than “lifting weights”. As long as you are really putting forth the full effort and generating the pump/burn/fatigue/whatever that you need to be with them, I don’t need to see weights/reps.

I would, however, like to see your weights on the heavy compound exercises for each workout, since those are kind of our baseline indicators of strength progress.

Lmao I love how people getting coached are going against the coaching and making their own decisions, if you’re going to do that somebody else could have taken your place and benefited more from something like this

got it. sunday i will post weights. as far as pics, just tell me when you want an update and i will take and post them post haste.

as far as my diet before i decided to lean down, i did not keep up with macros, i just ate whenever and whatever. no way i could tell you in the detail i think you are asking for.

as far as what i ate to lose all that weight in the last 3 weeks, i basically starved myself. i only ate 1 “meal” a day, maybe. then maybe a shake and a few nibbles of fruit and nuts the rest of the day.

calm down big fella.

i only changed ONE session, and after talking with Strong, i realized i needed to just stick with the plan.

if Strong or Z don’t feel like i am committed and would rather work with somebody else, THEY can tell me and i will bow out and no hard feelings, we are all still friends.

otherwise, i feel i am giving 100%, the failures with sticking to the diet EXACTLY as written have not been on purpose, i literally would make myself sick if i ate everything,

the only thing i can think of is that after nearly a month of near-fasting my stomach is rebelling over having that much food in it at one time, lol

I am trying.

Strongs workouts are BRUTAL, i have puked twice now during the workouts, and i still finish them,

anyhoo, thanks for you post, your contribution to this thread is welcomed and appreciated.

ok. got it, sounds good Strong.

Hgh timing plz.big.man…

And id like to have an idea of how.much and how little you ate…

Its really hard for me to estimate the macros and cals.of a “meal” and a “shake”…

Same.goes for pre diet… Give.me examples or something.

Also, will.use you as an example, and sry for that, but you not being.able to tell.me what.you were eating.should ring a bell.for ppl trying.to “bulk and eat big”… Fat gains dont occur randomly and chances are youd have controlled those more had you kept track of macros, at least a bit

ok, back to the plan, about 2 hours ago i did :

day 1c

-bench press with swiss bar plus 80lbs chain 3x8x80kg.
-snatch grip deadlifts w 180lbs chain 1x27x70kg thought about stopping and finis

felt nauseated after the 27 rep deads, thought about stopping and finishing my upper back stuff later this afternoon, but i sacked up and about 11 minutes into my 20 minute giant set, my stomach emptied on my garage floor.

thats 2 vomiting episodes out of 5 training days.

sorry, i am not sure what you are asking, do you want me to tell you in detail what i was eating weeks ago, when i was not following any sort of set diet, i was just like i have said multiple times, “starving myself”

or are you asking me what am i eating NOW?

Im asking you what the hell was in that “meal” and “shake” when you.lost 22lbs in 3weeks

And im asking you what a typical.day looked.like before that
