To be honest, I kinda assumed something was going on … You’ve brought up your wife and her perception of you at least a dozen times on this thread alone. Not including all the times you posted about how your wife wished you looked better etc etc etc on several other threads. Not to mention it doesn’t seem like she’s snapping your pictures or helping around in the meal prep etc etc etc.

Look man, in times like this, a man may need more validation than others, so its ok. Just keep your chin up and avoid drowning your sorrows in booze, trust me. Disregard the peanut gallery and focus on those who’re trying to help you.

thanks so much for the support, it means a lot.

my wife has been great, she IS helping with meal prep some, and she is really liking the trimmer me, but she has stated she does not want me to go below 200lbs, i have pushed her and she now is saying 190 is ok. i m not sure how i will look at 190, if i will be happy with that or not, but she thinks i am "skinny " now, and yesterday some of her family came into town, first time some of them have seen my in nearly a year, and they were SHOCKED at the weight loss, they were referring to me as “skinny” too, and said i looked good, etc so that felt good to hear, and motivates me to stay the course.

Hey HT even though I am a young guy at 26 I have already gone through those problems myself and I’ll start by saying hopefully your marriage is fixable but mine wasn’t… Mine was the biggest mental stress you could imagine, from her not liking my body to her asking my was I trying to lose weight so I could leave her, everyday was a constant mental grind just to get through the day… So I am going to say, once your mind is set free you will feel so much better, if that is what needs to happen… Good luck for you man! wow, isnt that thwe case uusually, you start to try to look better, and they (you woman) thinks you are trying to look good for somebody else, or get self concious about their own apperance, and honestly, i like my wifes curves, she loods better a little heavier and much more fun for me in the sack when she is nice and thick.

she still is uncomfortable with me losing so much weight, when she still thinks she is “fat”

i know what you mean big man.

such a common thing, I hear that all the time.

Just be reassuring, let her know you want to do something positive for your health so the two of you can live a long and happy life together. The healthier you are, the longer you will have on this planet with her.

If that doesn’t work, offer to share your HGH, lol

Honestly man im still not sure what the fuck are you seeing thats negative

No one said you were fat or a fat fuck

What was said is you still got a good number of fat to lose to see visual changes

If you want me and others to tell you that ull look awesome at 200 we can, but then what?

If you cant deal with an objective reality seriously… I dont even…[/quote]

am i imagining it, not you personally, or strong, but i can quote different people wh0 have referred to me as a’fat" multiple times, like: good work, still have some fat, need more work"

i am not fat now. i am not professional lean, but i refuse to accept that i am “fat” at this point, maybe for a physique athlete, but not for anything else.

Yea but that whole situation did throw be totally off, I had gotten in better shape then I had been in years, I was right at 300 lbs and was probably a good jog from being under for the first time since high school LOL but between that, my new girl and my new girl getting prego I found my way to almost 360 about 3 months ago… For me it was a lack of a schedule to follow, I have to know that I can workout4 or 5 days or I wont even bother trying to eat right… Its all or none for me…

measurements

neck-18.5
chest 49.5
waist 36
arms (cold at side not flexed) 17.5
thigh 26
calf 17

ugh. here are the pics, i know i look awful, funny when you abandon the most favorable lighting and poses how humble you look…it is hard for me to posts these but here it goes:

^ YES. SIR.

breakfast!

Looking better HeavyThrower!
Killer soul patch
So robust
Keep up the good work.

Good work! Progressing well

Have you been getting in ALL your meals all the time? Be honest here as this will have an impact.on what we do this week

Also, saying you still.need to lose some fat =/= being.called a fat ass… Yes you still.do need to lose some fat.

Obviously everyone’s opinion of what looks good is different but if I was to guess, for you to look damn good (and thats imo) we would need to get you down to ~165-170

I want your weight to go down slower, if.you have not eaten all.your meals.all the time, now do it
If.you have we will be adding cals (would you prefer an extra.meal.or.more.cals/meal)

Well done, sir.
These are good pics to keep track of progress.
Like I said earlier, it will be cool to look back at these later on.
Also, it’s obvious from these pics that you will NOT be disappointed with how you look after this is done.

I hesitate to say this as I got so much shit before, But no. Stress has made me lose my appetite and I am not getting Meals n. I am eating 4 times a day but not the entire meals you planned. Usually will get both shakes in. But I often am not doing a the rice. For some reason carbs make me sick almost. Like. Said. My stress level with my career is at critical right now. Not sure if that is the reason or not. But I will get the meat and some veggies in( usually roasted broccoli and carrots and or asparagus and Brussels sprouts)

Can really start to see changing happening between the most recent pictures and the before pictures. That back is going to frighten small children and animals when we’re done. Very impressive.

GREAT work so far.

I know you train at home, would it make life easier if workouts were shorter but more frequent (5 or 6 vs 3 days per week)?

I’m going to have a new program prepared for you after this week. Spreading the work out over more days will let us begin to strategically target volume where it’s needed without detracting from anything else and perhaps let you keep the focus and intensity sustained at a higher levels during workouts more since I know this stuff takes a lot out of you with all of the giant sets.

Let me know.

YES!!! i hae to nearly 1.5 hour workouts, hard to get motivated to go through a vomit inducing 1 plus hour workout! not when i am used to training one or two movements 5-6 days a week, sometimes 2 times a day, for 20-40 minutes. i love to do something every day.

oh and thanks for the compliment on my back…i definitely do not have “white mans syndrome” when it comes to low attached lats as john meadows talks about. lol
