A doctor will prescribe it.
You are already taking it.
It’s legal.
It’s covered by your insurance.

Um… I don’t dislike you friendo, but get real lol. You and I are roughly the same age. Heavythrower has competed with metric shit tons of internal drive for longer than you or I have even been alive.
You are way to sensible and mature for your age.
What does “competed with metric shit tons of internal drive for longer than you or I have been alive” have to do with this current dieting situation?
Look, I like HT and think he is a good guy but lets get real here.
HT is getting a pass for his apparent defeatist attitude in this thread because he is well “known” on this site and is liked.
If any new comer here was posting what HT posted he would not be getting a pass.
HT can do this and he’s obviously have a tough go at this.
It’s new and it’s hard, that’s to be expected.
Supporting HT in this quest is one thing, questing/calling out his coaches is another.

I support you HT.
I know you can do this.
You’ve done tougher things in life than this diet.
You got this if you apply yourself in this endeavor the same way you applied yourself for your Highland Games training and your nursing.
You have the drive, you have the determination.
I’m sure you delt with shit and nay Sayers while doing those things.
Deal with them again.
Keep going big man.
thanks man, if i could get to your level, i would be happy, really, what are your stats btw? height? weight?
Keep it going big guy, you’ll hit your goals.
My avatar is around 230 pounds. I’m 6’1.
jesus your tall. that explains it, i am chubby at least at 230, your jacked.
Ya I’m sort of tall.
I say 6’1 because saying 6’ and 3/4" sounds like something a 12 year old would say
Thank you for the kind words hoss

If you UTD that should help you in your question to “reveal” the real HT.

Don’t listen to all the haters HT.

TROLL OLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Good work, mole

Don’t let the haters get you down.
There are thousands of members here and not all of them are willing to post personal information about themselves like you have.
Keep up the good work.
I wish we could purge some of the members from this group and only keep the serious ones.

To be honest, I kinda assumed something was going on … You’ve brought up your wife and her perception of you at least a dozen times on this thread alone. Not including all the times you posted about how your wife wished you looked better etc etc etc on several other threads. Not to mention it doesn’t seem like she’s snapping your pictures or helping around in the meal prep etc etc etc.

Look man, in times like this, a man may need more validation than others, so its ok. Just keep your chin up and avoid drowning your sorrows in booze, trust me. Disregard the peanut gallery and focus on those who’re trying to help you.

weights from last week mon-sun

mon 5-20 212.2
5-21 209.6
5-22 209
5-23 206.4
5-24 205.4
5-25 207.6
5-26 207.6

the full front back and side pics plus measurements coming a little later after my wife wakes up from her night shift.

thanks so much for the support, it means a lot.

my wife has been great, she IS helping with meal prep some, and she is really liking the trimmer me, but she has stated she does not want me to go below 200lbs, i have pushed her and she now is saying 190 is ok. i m not sure how i will look at 190, if i will be happy with that or not, but she thinks i am "skinny " now, and yesterday some of her family came into town, first time some of them have seen my in nearly a year, and they were SHOCKED at the weight loss, they were referring to me as “skinny” too, and said i looked good, etc so that felt good to hear, and motivates me to stay the course.

my troubles with the wife are ok, and it is just that we are both latin, and we fight like cats n dogs all the time. make up secks is good though.

she really likes what she refers to as my “v” in my lower waist/upper groin area, and the veins that are showing there. FWIW.

Trust me she is not going to be mad or disappointed if you drop under 190.

And if she is… it’s because she know all the younger ladies are going to be checking you out.

Hey HT even though I am a young guy at 26 I have already gone through those problems myself and I’ll start by saying hopefully your marriage is fixable but mine wasn’t… Mine was the biggest mental stress you could imagine, from her not liking my body to her asking my was I trying to lose weight so I could leave her, everyday was a constant mental grind just to get through the day… So I am going to say, once your mind is set free you will feel so much better, if that is what needs to happen… Good luck for you man!
