2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 or 3 slices of Kraft Fat Free American Cheese
Maybe a slice of deli turkey ham or chicken
olive oil
Preparation:
It’s simple, really. Basically a ‘clean’ grilled-cheese sandwich. I put extra virgin olive oil in a pan and turn the heat on, and then fry the sandwich in the olive oil. Comes out like a restaraunt-quality sandwich.
I could eat two or three of these a day, and they are great with ketchup! The thing is, since I’m having these every day, would it be healthy, or should I have one every now and then? Just wondering what several others think. Thanks.
Hm, what type of bulk? There are some people who have the right to bulk clean, mostly it’s people who are already 225+, give or take depending on height.
If you’re around 150 trying to get up to 200, fuck it, take the American cheese.
I see a few problems with it from a health or even an optimum bulk standpoint. Check your bread to make sure it doesn’t have high fructose corn syrup. If you are going to eat cheese try to get something not as processed, same with the meats. Deli meats are full of nitrites and sodium.
Try to buy some natural meats and cook them yourself. Lastly if you are looking to optimize lean mass gain and keep fat to a minimum separate the fat from the carbs. I’m probably being picky but you asked! That being said, I’m sure it tasted awesome!
Are you kidding me? You describe this sandwich as if it were something unique. It’s a goddamn grilled cheese sandwich. If you are bulking- eat it. Fuck eat 10. If you are not bulking- don’t eat it.

LOL great answer.
ITs not all that horrid you guy and is a ton better than most other ppl’s grilled cheese’s. atleats he’s using whole grain bread, good fats as long as he’s not heating the olive oil to the smoking point etc.
and the deli meats aint going to friggin kill you there are some good ones out there just steer clear of say oscar friggin meyer things that no longer look like meaqt but some weird pressed pinkish turd.

Funny!! And someone stated, “they had problems with it from an optimum bulk standpoint”. What the hell does that mean? It’s a MTF grilled cheese sandwich. In my opinion if you were truly bulking, your missing half a loaf of bread and package of cheese.

I speak from experience. :)[/quote]
I second this. For years I tried to gain by ‘eating a lot’. Then this past spring I re-evaluated and did a 12 week bulk phase. I trained hard and I ate everything I could, every 2-3 hours - clean as I could but not very, and came out of it 10 lbs heavier. All my teammates and friends still comment on how much size I gained. It’s been said 1000 times I know, but when you’re trying to bulk, eat, eat, eat.
