Training has been lame since the meet last weekend. Just did this today:

Safety Squat Bar:
335 for some triples beltless

Pullups:
5 sets of 20

DB Press:
80’s for 3 sets of 10

Lateral Raises:
30’s for 3 sets of 15

T-Bar Rows:
3 sets of 10

I still haven’t done anything cool in training since the meet, so here’s a pic of my dog instead.

Deadlift:
5x5 with 495

Bench:
315 x 9 bounce and go
315 for 3 sets of 5 paused
