345 x2 Unfortunately there’s a stupid plastic cover on the top part of the bench I was on, and my traps were on the edge of it and I was sweaty so when I pressed my third rep here my upper back slid and my arch collapsed and I dropped this on my chest. Have a rib separated from one of my thoracic vertebrae,but other than that I think I’m fine.

How old are you?
Just curious with the weight you’re moving, do you experiencing any nagging injuries or pain that you work through on a consistent basis?
I’m 28. To be honest I really don’t. I feel pretty dang good just about all the time. I don’t know if that has anything to do with how I train or if I’m just lucky.
