Everyone was doing “Murph” for Memorial Day, which I think is a mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 bodyweight squats, and then another mile run.

I hate running and I think bodyweight squats are stupid, so I made my own version which is just 400 pullups and 400 pushups.

So I did 40 sets of 10 pullups and the last set I added a 45lb plate just to big dick it. I threw 20 sets of 20 pushups in between there.

Then I squatted some triples with 385.

Glad you are going to start (try) logging again! If I didn’t update my log or post on other forums while I’m at work I wouldn’t be able to at all since I have a zero computer policy on myself when I am home because I sit in front of one all day. Muscle ups looking awesome!

Contest was light as fuck Vinny. Chia took first and I took second lol. There were like 6 dudes in our class though, so it was actually some fun competition. Waaaaay more fun than powerlifting.

Felt good to take something light and just hit some really solid speed reps. I think I tend to work a bit too heavy all the time. Sub maximal stuff is good.

Did kind of a weird one today. Some other powerlifters were there doing this standing bench machine so I just tried to keep up with them on that.

Regular Grip:

Close Grip:

1 set of 5 (we went up in weight each set, this one got too heavy)

Deadlift:
3 sets of 8 with 405

Superset 3 sets of 10 ab wheel with 55lb DB hammer curls
