Contest was light as fuck Vinny. Chia took first and I took second lol. There were like 6 dudes in our class though, so it was actually some fun competition. Waaaaay more fun than powerlifting.

Felt good to take something light and just hit some really solid speed reps. I think I tend to work a bit too heavy all the time. Sub maximal stuff is good.

I just watched that Ed Coan sumo video so I wanted to try some sumo.
Worked up to like 455 sumo and remembered that sumo sucks.
Hit a couple singles with 545 conventional.
