So that was my last day of Smolov, at least the way I run it. I just do the base mesocycle, and I’m not gonna bother resting and testing next week, I’m just gonna keep training. I can definitely say it worked though. I’m moving weights with a ton more confidence and for more reps than I was before.

edit: Wtf, BCpowder literally stopped posting the same day Csulli did. Maybe the years of accumulative fatigue killed them both when they took a day off.

My work updated their network and now I can’t get onto TNation from there lol. That’s why I stopped all the sudden.

I have taken no days off though. Now I just do 6 days a week, squat every other day, deadlift every other day, bench every other day, press every other day, so I hit everything 3x per week.

I hit 325 for a paused triple on bench
455 unwrapped squat
545 for a deadstop double on deadlift
405 for 19 touch and go deadlifts
I did a muscleup
I did a standing ab wheel
Oh and I did a strongman contest.
That’s about it.

I think I’ll try and start updating again. I miss you guys.
