Chris, things like squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc have definitions and when anyone claims an illegitimate feat of strength on something, it cheapens the accomplishments of people who actually worked hard enough to get there.

Yea I decided to go with feet down, but pausing is feeling really good. I’m still trying not to arch so much though to keep the strain off my lower back.
