285 3x The motor pattern is feeling much, much better on squats. I feel very strong and able to get good activation from all the necessary muscles at the right time. Kind of a weird way to say it I guess, but anyhow my form feels great.

285 10x Was gonna drop down and keep doing volume, but I just felt like doing a big set for once. This felt pretty easy actually, and Iām certain itās a beltless PR. I know itās light, but Iāve come a tremendously long way with my beltless training; itās feeling very strong.
Clean and Press: (There were no racks open so yes I actually powercleaned it. I felt like I was in a third world country or something.)

They āsquatā quite often, but itās always insanely light weight and grotesquely high. They never make any progress whatsoever and yet they keep paying and keep coming backā¦
