Should I come off HCG completely I have tried changing my protocol a bunch and nothing seems to work, from reading a lot of stuff it seems HCG could be the cause to high e2 and having no positive side effects from the TRT. Would coming off HCG completely make me infertile?

What were your protocols?
If you take HCG to treat infertility, of course you’ll be infertile if you don’t take it.
Did you even get sperm tests after adjusting your doses?
What does your doctor recommend?
No I’m honestly probably about a year out before attempting kids.
Right now is 100mg a week split into 2 injections and 1000IU split into 2. Told my doctor having kids is a must for me and he said we will start with hcg so been on it ever since. But E2 was 124 and I honestly felt nothing like no negative side affects and no positive side affects, just a lil more acne on chest and shoulders. But psychological and libido and ED were the same they always been pretty terrible. So he started 1mg Anastrazole 2 times weekly and I got less oily and acne but literally no change again. So did more research and heard it could be the hcg.
Your doc prescribed these doses for HCG for fertility? They are so small you might as well not take it.
HCG monotherapy is 9,000 to 10,000 IU per week.
