Trt with or without hcg

Does anyone have actual labs with TRT only and TRT with HCG? Curious to know how much the hCG actually increases the total testosterone adding to the natural production.

HCG is not used to increase T levels, it’s used as an LH mimic to keep your testicles from atrophying and as a fertility aid in some instances. If you want to increase your T levels you simply inject more T. By no means am I saying that it doesn’t increase them, just that it’s not the primary goal of the adjunct.

See this thread I made.

You’d need a lot of it if used by itself, and it doesn’t do that great of a job anyway in increasing T for treating hypogonadism by itself. I mean 9,000 to 10,000 IU per week.

See thread.

Love to see estrogen numbers if taking this much.

They likely will be elevated. I tried this sort of HCG monotherapy briefly (I think it lasted two months, when HCG was inexpensive and fully covered by my insurance). My estradiol went to 75 but I didn’t have any symptoms.

A friend of mine felt awful on this but it worked for his first child.

definitely not a stupid question..

if studies show 5,000iu weekly of hcg raised natural test levels to 600-800 to maintain fertility and you are on test to keep you at 1,000. Would the 600-800 of natural test not be an improvement?

1000 vs 1600?

It’s not compounding like that sir. Also if you’re primary it won’t do anything.
