Anyone ever have to take a dump (mad ass or not) while training? This morning I was doing one of coach davies old renegade trainings, and while I was on the circuit part I had to take this mad dump. Obviously, keeping the rest in between exercises to minimal under this condition is a pain in the ass (literally)!
Anyone else ever have this problem? What do you do? Hold it out or make a mad dash for the bathroom?

I remember one time I was lifting, I was just about to start some sets of good mornings and I thought “hmmm, I gotta go really bad, I’m doing good mornings, what if it just sorta comes out while I’m in the mid position?” So I went and pooped.
Best good mornings I’ve ever done.
Well it’s like having two-a-day workouts except instead of having one in the AM and one in the PM you have on the BS (Before shit) and AS (after shit). So try and divide the sets evenly between the two.

Haha funny shit. It just so happened I was doing squats and good mornings that day too.
