Baller shades.

It looks like Professor X didn’t leave a lot of wiggle room in his definition of fun.

I don’t wiggle.

Let me guess…fun for you is a Star Trek marathon in a room filled with feng shui, asian chicks and pink poodles.

My parting thought after training is usually “I’m glad that’s over with”.

That thought is usually accompanied by some sort of heavy panting, pain, the ability to barely walk or lift my arms, dripping wet shirt, mild mental fog, and sometimes near nausea (or full nausea on a few occasions).

Someone asks “How was your workout?”

“Fun.”

The reality is, it’s usually the best part of my day and I can’t wait to get back and do it again.

Damn, that’s sick.

Google “bench press+money talks” to see what fun in the gym really looks like.

I DON’T HAVE POODLES!!!

…not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Fun is always the means, and the results are always the ends!

even when I eat a cheat meal!

One more… I can HONESTLY say this one was FUNNN

fun first…but serious later…and then fun again!

Haha Frank how you doing man?

What fucked up shit are you up to nowadays?

Just lifting and having fun at the same time!

Great Quote- for Powerlifters(not competion phase) and the average Joe wanting to be healthy. But not so much for bodybuilders.[/quote]

Yes. That’s awesome. I generally have a lot of fun training when I get to be creative or fuck around with off the wall shit.

Cycling up for a meet isn’t fun. It’s both boring and stressful. I’m glad the most recent one is down. I find it tough and boring to be ‘good’ and follow the program.

My fun/motivation beyond the first year or two of training came and still comes from making improvements in the gym… Usually lifting more or figuring out how to make that happen…
