Havent Lifted For Over a Year...

Hi,

Ive not lifted for almost a year and a half, and was wondering what sort of program i should be starting with.

I previously squated and deadlifted over 300lbs at a bodyweight of 140lbs.

Since then ive lost 5lbs or so and god knows what my lifts are.

Basically i just want to put on about 20lbs in the next 3 or 4 months and especially put some mass on my legs cos they are so skinny!

I was thinking start with 2 full bod routines a week, with the squat, DL and bench being the main focus, and working in the 10 to 12 rep range with short rest periods. Oh yeah, and eat!

I guess im starting out like a beginner as i wasnt that strong in the first place…but id still like to start off on the best foot possible.

I like to start out with HST when I’m getting back into things. The first two weeks of 1 set of reps is a nice way to ease back into things.
