So ive noticed that squats are extremely hard for me. They are the most demanding of all the movements and fatigue me more than anything else. I also cant seem to find the “right” squat stance for me. Wide feels better but way more difficult. Narrow feels fine, but i cant ATG like i can with wide. Same goes for high bar, low bar. They both feel fine, with high bar feeling slightly better, but not great. I guess ill figurenitnout with time. To note, i am going to parallel but go as deep as i can when i can.
