Gambit10,
quite honestly I don’t see anything wrong with your chest in the first pre-op pic, other than redness around your nips.
2nd why are taking AAS, you look pretty average not buff at all. I mean I would expect that before you started juicing you had built a pretty buff bod first then go on the juice for more.
I was looking for something non-surgical & cheaper and I found a board which discuss gyne and there was a thread on Andractim. This is a topical compound.
Did you have any adipose tissue removed? Or only the gland?
I’m sorry, I don’t know the answer to that.
Also, mine was not from AAS use, it was pubertal.
Did you have excess fat from the area removed or just the gland or buildup?
Just the buildup. At this time in my life, I had lost quiet a bit of weight, and was down in the 10-12% BF range. I could see my top 4 abs. I had very little fat on my chest.
Since then, I have been bulking, which has raised my BF level.

Had you tried nolvadex pre-surgery?
No, I had no reason to. As I said, insurance paid for the surgery.
If it wouldn’t have been covered, I would have probably tried Nolvadex and other similar drugs first.
