I found a Dr. in my hometown (near Hartford, CT) He has experience w/ gyno surgery (incision/glandar tissue removal) Typically this dr. does 5 gyno surgeries per month and in pratice over 20yrs.

The main reason for my gyno is using gear. I have been clean for over 2 yrs now, but the I feel victim the gyno side effect. I mostly used test w/ nolv PCT. It just kinda happened over time, and ultimately what always ruins my physique. Ironically the more I diet, and the better, leaner shape I achieve, the gyno looks more obvious! This is the most fustrating part. However I will be leanibg up in the next 10 days to make the gyno more easily indentified and less reason to use lipo technique. I will be under (general) for 1.5-2hrs during the surgery and another 1-2 hrs in recovery room. I must admit I am a bit nervous but I know it must be done. Any advice would be appericated.

I had my surgery about four years ago and remember nothing other than counting down from 10. The nurse said I made 6 before going under. I had surgery on my left side only and the recovery was about what I expected. Pretty sore and limited me from hockey and training for a couple months. I don’t remember the exact amount of time I was on the shelf but it went pretty quickly.

It’s my understanding that it’s not a complicated surgery. By far the hardest part was having small kids that wanted to jump on me all the time. They still refer to my left side as my “hurting boob”. Good luck man, you’ll be fine.

good luck man… i have a tiny bit of gyno that is only visible under very specific circumstances and basically goes away completely once i go on a cruise dose

let us know how it goes

Apparently it’s “most likely” I’ll need drain for first 2-3 days, so recovery will b a bitch. I have a 1 1/2 yr old child so complete rest time is rare. I work doing in home personal training, so I took 8 scheduled days off work to recover from surgery and tithe doc wrote me a script for 30 perks…he offer some zannies for anxiety, but I declined those. I’m going to focus on eating super healthy & getting some quality workouts next few days n prep,

I only needed T3’s for a couple days. Keep the bambino away from your boobs and you’ll be fine.

So after holiday wk I’m starting a very healthy wk of dieting, mostly meat & veggies, rice & MAG-10

I’ll post before pics tonight . The anticipation is growing every day, and I’m really eager to get this process started.

How long before you could workout ( if you had gyno surgery) my doc seems to think 2 wks w/o any training, 4 weeks before any movements w/ arms reached overhead, and 6 weeks before direct chest work. Maybe longer before high intensity chest work. I’ve read different stories w/ time off training so I suppose it’s a case by case basis.

Thank you for any response, it’s much appreciated to hear from poster who had this procedure done.

Profile pic makes it most obvious

Little worse on left side

Good day yesterday, clean eating, 3 MAG-10, 1 hsm (rice, beef, advocado)

Trained lats
21 sets (mostly cable rows and pulldown variations & few shrugs)

I normally take z2 pills oxy elite (thermo from usp labs) it tends to make my heart race for few hrs after I take it. I think I should stop these now until after surgery.

Most of my nervousness has turned into excited w/ anticipation. I really looking forward to getting started. As u can c w/ pic…it’s much needed!

Well, it’s getting close now!

Wondering how long people quit smoking before surgery. I normally smoke marijuana 1-2 days per wk do help w/ insomia & mild anxiety. I use a water pipe to help reduce carengentics (sp) Never been a cig smokers, amybe 1 pack in my life time …it’s been over 10 yrs since i had a cig.

Obviously my anxiety over this surgery has been high and last night a smaoked a bit, hopefully not a problem.

I stopped the other supps (other than MAG-10) no fish oil, caffine, or multi.

I completed my final chest (+shoulders) workout yesterday

about 8 sets, and 10 sets of shoulders

The doc recommend instead of a gyno compression vest, I should buy a few tight fitting under armours to use during recovery. He mentioned usual the vest slide up and get very annoying, however most all vids of surgery and recovery people use these. Also seems it might be tricky to get my arm into UA shirt, opposed to a vest which dosen’t require putting arms overhead…we’ll see.

Die Beast

Today is the day

Need to be at hospital at 6:30am (about 1 hr)

I feel very ready

Just got home, feeling good, very little pain so far, just a burning sensation around nips, but not much pain

Gonna chill in bed most of day an work on recovering

Just out of curiosity, what were the costs of the surgery? I have a really mild form from childhood but it still bugs the shit out of me. I’m guessing insurance didn’t cover it.

Cost was 5K including all hospital fees . I Bought a few tight under armours also.

So far pain is manageable, I had 2 Percocet at hospital. Chilling watching sports center now.

I had out of pocket

4 hrs post surgery

thats so fucking brutal!!! So much for blasting nolva a couple of weeks to clear gyno!

hang in there bro

I logged into my account just to post on this thread. My surgery is scheduled for the 29th, so I stand in solidarity with you gyno brah. Anyway, hope your operation turns out to be a success, I’m sure it will. That pic with your drainage is really gnarley.

I’m 25 and have gyno from puberty. ADHD drugs I was taking caused an adverse reaction and voila. Gyno. I’ll be following your recovery. Good Luck.
