I need your help guys. I ordered a powertec powerrack of gymcor.com and I got it in the mail today. In short, its a piece of shit. The bars dont fit into the bottom frame, there were no nuts and washers, and the package was a mess. What do I do? Its gonna be a big fucking hassle repackageing and reshipping this piece of garbage. Not to mention its gonna cost me more fucking money. I am a starving college student, i dont have any goddamned money. I am at the HEIGHT OF FRUSTRATION RIGHT NOW. GODDAMNIT. HELP!!!1

Make sure you have the packing slip, credit card receipt, their web site already loaded, and the documentation for ther rack turned to the warranty page.

Call them, explain the situation CALMLY. You want an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and a ‘call tag’ (prepaid shipping label) for the rack. Ideally, have them ‘cross ship’ a new rack.

If they refuse, stop payment on the credit card I hope you used.

If they refuse to refund or replace the item, contact the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and your local attorney general’s office. Contacting the one in their state / province couldn’t hurt either.
