Last year I picked up about 5 pairs of sweat pants for 10 pounds/12 dollars. Cut 3 of them into shorts. - shorts on warm days, deads and CV. the rest is interchangable.
If im doing anything that is lower body intensive - squats/deads/events then ill also wear a pair of vulkan or rehband neoprene shorts underneath - stops my niggly injuries flaring up.
If pressing, I will be wearing vulkan elbow sleeves too - these get washed weekly.
I usually wear a vest with a tshirt over it into the gym, its good to warm up in layers and if its hot enough i can always whip the T off. got a drawer full of old band tshirts, rugby tshirts and just old holey tshirts. whatever is clean gets worn.
I also always have an old cutt off tshirt in my bag for days that I am doing the atlas stones… as tacky is hard as fuck to get out of anything so I dont wash it.

I used to wear under armor loose sleeveless to the gym because they kept me dry and kept me from getting too hot, but it got to the point that the slipping of the bar when squatting or sliding around on the bench when pressing just got too annoying. These days I have a couple sleeveless cotton shirts, a couple loose freebie t’s, and a pair of nike athletic shorts and some basketball shorts.

I was wondering why nobody had noticed. LL needs to post in T-Vixen, often. Tiara and sweats optional.

I have 4 foot-locker plain tee’s i wear to the gym. They’re some of the most comfortable shirts i’ve worn and you can pick up 3 for $20 at the foot locker by me. For shorts i have 4 nike pairs[/quote]
Just bought shoes at FootLocker the other day and was gonna mention this. They have a 5 t-shirt for $20 deal going on, seemingly year round. Going back soon to pick some up. Champs generally has similar deals.
3 pair of shorts
Shirts get cycled start off as normal T-Shirts as they get old I cut off the sleeves and they are now workout shirts. I work out in my garage.
5-6 t-shirts(old navy, cotton, prefer cotton I use chalk a lot)
2 shorts (1 UA, 1 Umbra which are a lil shorter and usually used for squatting.)
2 compression shorts for ME lower and DE lower days(use reg. boxer briefs on upper days.)
