Gym Clothes

I have a few under armor shorts, but my favorites are just a pair of sweatpants I cut off at the knees. I used to wear the under armor loose fitting shirts, and even though they wick away moisture, I’ve found they’re actually hotter and less comfortable (at least for me) than run of the mill 100% cotton shirts.

I have some UA shorts that I hardly ever wear as they got all torn apart. Right now I just have a pair of Starter shorts from Wal-Mart I got for $10.

For shirts, I just rotate about 5-10 different ones. I sweat profusely so I need to get some new stuff as they stink- I actually redeemed my CC points for Old Navy gift cards so I could be like X. Still waiting for those to come in.

If I’m working out at work [I work at a gym] it’s a t-shirt or a loose under armour shirt. Like another poster said I generally don’t like lifting in a sleeveless shirt 'cause I feel like a douche. If I’m at my home gym I’ll wear whatever the fuck I want, sometimes go shirtless 'cause there’s no A/C just a box fan and I’m in Houston and it’s well over 100 degrees. Pretty much always wear basketball shorts. I have probably 10+ pair, but I really only recycle 3 or 4 pair.

Various basketball shorts, cheap shirts from wal mart, long sleeves if I feel like it and always wear my chucks just cuz…

one white t shirt, one pair of shorts, one pair of sweatpants for deads when its cold.
during gym class i did not wash any of these for the entire semester (5 months) for every yaer of high school.
and now working out at an actual gym i still only wash the shirt when it starts to look grungy. never smells though. must be the magic gym bag.

^^hahaha thats pretty gross man… 5 months of not washing clothes?

I have 20 shirts that all look alike…so when you assume that someone is really wearing the same shit everyday, if they are really serious weight lifters, they are going to simply wear what is most comfortable.

Every pic I’ve taken, while it doesn’t look like it, is with a different shirt even though they are all cut the same.
demands picture of X in a button up shirt. I imagine it will be hilarious.

I still use my old wrestling t-shirts from when i wrestled in america and either basketball shorts or some comfortable sweatpants. I have about 10 shirts and 5 pants\shorts i switch between and ofcourse a couple of wrestling shoes

i just buy packs of beaters and wear them with sweats. not trying to impress anyone, i just dont like anything on my arms when i workout… except muscle…

3 muscle shirts
4 t-shirts
2 shorts

I was air drying and washing once a week because I didn’t have a washer and dryer but just moved someplace that does so now I’ll probably work on washing twice a week.

hahahahaha oh nice

I have one pair of UA shorts, one pair of UA short leggings, and 2 UA undershirts(one longsleeve cold gear, one short sleeve heat gear). I wear the shorts and leggings everyday and one of the undershirts. Then i just throw on whatever shirt i feel like wearing on top. If I worked out in it the day before, it gets washed before I wear it.

I’m sure people notice that i wear the same shorts everyday as they have a unique design on them but whatevs, I wash em and i never stink up the gym.

I have 4 foot-locker plain tee’s i wear to the gym. They’re some of the most comfortable shirts i’ve worn and you can pick up 3 for $20 at the foot locker by me. For shorts i have 4 nike pairs

i wear the same t-shirt and shorts for a week before i wash them. i’m sure i smell towards the end but it doesn’t bother me; if anything it’s a plus because people give me more space. i also wear ua compression shorts, but i wash those after each workout.

somehow i put them into my magic gym bag and they wouldn’t smell the next day. i don’t know why. but at end of the year i had to wash the shirt at least, starts to go yellow.

Lululemon is the shit. I have shorts from there I bought 3 years ago and they still look brand new. Compared to my Adidas, which are all stretched and ride up my butt when squatting, the quality of Lululemon is excellent. A t-shirt is a t-shirt when it comes down to it, they all get trashed anyways, but for sweats and shorts it’s worth it. Would not pay regular price tho, wait for sale time.
I have the Shanti crops. The fabric is some sort of durable microfiber that can take years of abuse and still fit like a glove. So no ass crack exposure when deep squatting. This alone is worth the price for me. And they don’t pill or fray from dragging the bar over them while DL’ing.

I have half a dozen pairs of black pants (I prefer Nike) and maybe a dozen Old Navy tank tops. Most everything is black, but for a few tank tops that are purple, blue, red, etc - whatever was on sale.

I’ve been wearing short black shorts lately when I need to use knee sleeves or wraps when squatting, and I usually deadlift in shorts with knee high socks so I don’t get vaginitis when lifting in competition. I have four pairs of gym knee high socks, and one pair of competition socks.

I like the Old Navy tanks because they are light weight and long, so they don’t get pulled up into my belt when it is cinched, or ride up on my waist when I’m arching.

I only wear dirty t-shirts and rancid smelling shorts at the gym

I have about 3 leopard pattern speedos, 2 black and one red, though the red one is a little beat up but I still use it when I go late at night and there’s not much people at the gym. I also have about two pairs of flip flops and I don’t bother with shirts anymore.
