can anyone recommend me a workout shirt brand or style that is extra long? I don’t want something too loose or too tight but i just need an extra long shirt that is “work-out” friendly. Right now i lift wearing XXL T-Nation shirts, but they are waaaaaaay to short. I am not a big dude 6’5’’ 225, 13-15% body fat but anytime i try to do pull-ups or even front squats my shirt lifts up to reveal my stomach which i find extremely annoying.

can anyone help?

2 shorts
3 trowsers
4 tank tops
3 wider shirts
3 or 4 normal shirts, used to wear them casual.
2 dryfit shirts for cardio but I outgrew them.

I like the shorts for warmer days, the tanktops are for spare when all else is in the wash. The wider shirts I like to wear when training legs.

top!

also, you can usually score at Marshalls and Ross

I wear the same Dark Blue Adidas shorts to the gym with my beaten, old converse high tops. THe only thing that really changes is my tees. I used to wear this really awesome Metallica shirt until I out grew it. Which is cool since im getting bigger but sucks because I loved that shirt. I might stop by some thrifts stores and find some vintage Budweiser shirts or something.

I wear shorts and a t-shirt

Nothing beats vibrams for lifting in my experience. Great stuff.

I’ve got a pair of WRU Under Armor shorts which are my favourite - they’re not too big but they’re a little bit stretchy and keep me really cool, so great for squatting in. They also dry insanely quick after washing, so I can usually wash them in the evening and they’ll be ready for the next day.

As far as training t-shirts go, I’ve got about 20+ different t-shirts and rugby jerseys (just built up over the years) and about 6-8 hoodies. Some which used to be huge on me have gone pretty tight though, should really get round to throwing those out - but I get attached!

Footwear wise, I wear Adidas Ironworks to squat in (they’re sweeeet), socks for deadlifting, and skate shoes the rest of the time. Been thinking about making a pair of Vibrams my next purchase, though.

Jeans, dirty tims and a hoody.
