Yesterdays session was awesome! I hit a new bench press PR (170kg @ 80kg bodyweight), and did 5x205kg squat. This was done without a bench shirt, knee wraps and suit.

Thanks, Adam-F! I constantly trying to improve my powerlifting records, so hopefully I’ll be hitting even higher weights this year. It would be nice to bench press 180kg raw at 80kg bodyweight this year.
