I’ve been lifting weights for about 2 years now on and off. I’m getting tired of weighing above 200 and not having the defined body i want. I’m 16 now and wanna try and get my body weight down to 190 atleast and get stronger at squats etc. I’d like to imagine i could get this done in about 2 months. Any advice you guys have i’d like too hear. thanks
I would just like to say that you are not going to get where you want with this. “on and off” for a couple years thing, with either diet or training. It is all about your being consistant. Adobting solid nutrition and a love for training into a LIFE style.

This is just the surface of all the GREAT info. on diets. Still do a search for any and everything by LL and JB.
As for training. READ UP. All the coaches here have MANY great programs that all have a place. Pick one that catches your eye and fits your goals at the time and go for it. Follow it through to completion, then pick another, rinse and repeat.
