I am so turned off by girls who play games. DanC, I hear ya on nipping it in the bud, but the more crafty females will withhold the bullshit until later on in the relationship. It all stems from insecurity. Because girls (not women) know they want what they can’t have, they try to make guys chase them. They think we need to be challenged in order to keep our attention. Yeah, maybe in high school.
I know what I want and I can appreciate it when I have it. It’s like you can’t even be yourself when you’re with someone like that. You have to play the game. It’s sad really. It’s hard not to become jaded when you look at the way most girls treat “nice” guys. I’ve played the “I can be just as much of a prick as you can” game, and it’s effective, but that’s no way to live. I’ve also been the nice guy (the real me), and I hate to admit that girls lose interest when you treat them right. I’ve even done this with the same girl. Act like you don’t give a shit and they go crazy trying to please you. Act like a real man and treat them with respect and courtesy and they get bored. What’s up with that? Should I just become the pig that girls in today’s society want you to be?
I’m just really tired of the bullshit that goes along with dating. Maybe it’s my fault for dating 20-25 yr olds. Where are the real women?

Rereading the Ladder Theory reminded a couple of laws. (I call it the Relationships Bible. At least, it`s honest and even has guts in its answers, even to women. I like the style.)
First: If you can get her mad with a bad joke, a la Wimmen are... (or generate any out of her habitual character reaction), you can probably bag her.
Second: You dont need the nice guyact to bag a babe. If she wants you, first night, you can score. There is the eternal exception that will make you wait to see if you really want her, and the exception that is not easy, or only goes for the complete package, but if you are on the 3M (Meat Market Mode), this is irrelevant. Nice guy is good to keep a relationship good on its tracks, but, like the ladder theory says, it is 2 separatemind processes` in the world of the lady.
Third: If your man/bum/biker/stud is stronger (or more lasting) than her bitch shield, and both want each other, youll win everytime. You just dont have to cave in until she gives the special treatment (note: 3M again, nice guys do the reverse).
Time crunch…I could go on and on…
And, yep, people definitely like you more if you are more animal, even in adult settings, than a gentleman. 95% prefer a show than a good faithful gentleman. That is, except the few who really respect it. A minority. No wonder cases like Don King can get away with so much (his biography by HBO is a must see by the way).

i was working at a commercial gym for a bit, and one of the fellow trainers asked me to go out for drinks.we go out, and she kept telling me i was like her little brother [ iwas 20 at the time, she was 29]. thats cool, i’ll just enjoy her buyin my drinks then. we go back to her place, and while were layin on her bed watchin jay and silent bob, jay says somethin about “lickin balls.” she turns over to me and says"speakin of lickin balls" and tries to make a move. i just rolled over and crashed. we hung out a few more times, but i guess i was kinda offended by the whole ‘little brother’ thing, and never hit. i went to a strip joint on thurs [ i’m talkin to a girl that dances there, so she hooked me up with some free passes] and sall my ‘big sister’. she looked kinda embarresed, comes up to me and says “i dont want my little brother watchin me dance.” i just turned around and sat back down.
