I am just finishing up my MAG-10 cycle. I did the Growth Surge Project, with two-a-days. So far so good, I started at 190 and now am at 205! My BF% was 6.8% now is 7.6 % So 11.5 lean gain and 3.5 fat gain, I am pretty pleased. I have a question about doing cardio on this cycle…in the program they suggest 15 min of cardio 3 times per week, but I read a post from CT that says after a Mag-10 cycle is a bad time to do aerobic activity. How many people have done cardio after MAG-10 and helped them lose BF and maintain muscle? I think if I add the aerobic activity into my massive eating plan I should be ok.
Any advice is always appreciated.
