I have a question to throw out the my fellow T-maggers. I have finally reduced my bodyfat down from 18.5 to 11% with 1 1/2 to go on my cutting cycle. I have had great results maintaining my muscle mass. I want to go back on 12 weeks of 2on/2off MAG-10(2x per day each two week cycle). I will also be using Myostat the entire time. I will eat the minimum of 400g of protein and 500g of carbs, this will give me a base of 3600 cals with my fat to make up the remainder of my cals(10-15%). I want to keep up some cardio work, preferably the 30 minute running on an incline that Berardi recommended in a previous article. I will also use the “off” time to maintain my gains and lose the extra fat. Has anyone else not bumped cals up according to the Growth Surge recommendations and still had good results. I will probably be only taking in 4200 cals per day during the on weeks and training like a mad man with very high intensity and volume. My big thing is NOT TO GAIN ANY FAT while “on”(possibly lose) and reduce my BF while off. Any recommendations on how to go about this would be greatly appreciated.
