Ground Beef - Bulking

I just bought a crap load of ground beef for my bulk but it’s 73 percent lean 27 percent fat. Should i drain it to reduce or keep the colories in because im bulking? I don’t want to start getting cholesteral problems lol. 4 oz contains 350 calories and 19g of protein.

Here’s my diet incase you’re interested as well. Im at 157lb trying to bulk up to 180 or 190 . Im also 6ft.

Morning: Protein Shake-400 calories, 36g protein
Wheatbread with butter-150 calories
Banana-100 calories
Almonds-190 calories

School: Protein Bar- 400 calories , 30g protein

Lunch: Moms food(usually rice,beans, and chicken or fish)700-800 calories , 40-60g protein

Snack: Peanutbutter Sandwich with milk - 600 calories and 20g protein

Dinner: 1/2 lb ground beef no drained - 700 calories , 40g protein
Protein Shake: 400 calories, 36g protein
Wheat Pita bread- 130 calories ,4g protein

You wont have cholesterol problems from ground beef. More so from the entirety of your diet than any one food.

Keep the fat if you want the calories. Drain it if you don’t. Your choice depending on how many calories, you want/need/burn etc.
