Hey, anybody know some good groin stretches besides butterflies? My hamstring flexibility is good but my groin is so tight that I still can’t whip my kicks without effort like I want to.

- Lie down on your back and bring your knee up to your chest. Easy, but does stretch the groin in a different manner.
- Squat down like a baseball catcher and press out at your knees with your elbows while the palms of your hands are touching.
- Do a head stand against a wall and let gravity cause your legs to split [i love watching my wife do that one].
Check out Pavel Tsatsoulines book “Beyond Stretching”. It addresses your problem exactly. It’s a bit pricy, but a good book with some other good info as well.
The easiest one - lie on the floow with your but and leg up a wall and, keeping your legs straight, let your legs fall into a groins stretch (still against wall). Also do this position on the ground but bend forward to touch your nose, and unlimately lie out flat, on the ground.
