Yes, I asked silly questions wanting to know what BRO SPLIT training was, but have you ever stopped to think that the training names change depending on the country you are in?
I’m not a native of the USA, I don’t know many of the terms used here. So it doesn’t mean that I’m an idiot beginner who doesn’t even know the basics about training.
