Gray Cook/Core Board Routine

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I like his shoulder mobility screening, but has anyone viewed the entire FMS DVD.

What are your thoughts on the elaborate warm ups and stretches and Core board routines?

I think the Reebok CoreBoard is unnecessary and I think some of the concepts behind the warm ups are a little far fetched.

His goal is to teach good motor patterns and “engage the core”.

Learn something from everyone. The FMS is a good tool, better explained by Mike Boyle in his DVD series.
