Hi from Australia - first time poster. Just intersted to hear if anyone has combined the principles outlined in Meltdown training with bodyweight-type gpp a la coach Davies. Last summer I inadvertently stumbeled into training in this manner and got into what Berradi might call pretty 'bad ass’shape. An example circuit might include a range of exercises performed for a timed period of 40-60 secs such as; chins, squat thrusts, rope jumping or hill sprints, deck squats and hand stand push ups.
