I’m thinking of using Meltdown training in the morning (m,w,f,s), and working one bodypart a day in the evening using a 5 X 5 protocol. Meltdown is being used instead of aerobics. I plan on using MAG 10 or Finasol as this program will be very intense. Has anyone tried anything similiar to this? If so your comments are appreciated.
I think it is overtraining even with steroids.
